There may be a suitable listing of an RV or Motorhome already on our site that you can contact now for an exchange. If not, just list your RV / Motorhome on RV Worldwide, selecting the level of listing you require. (On our
Homepage, click the ‘
Join Now’ button to create your own RV / Motorhome listing.)
All visitors to RV Worldwide will be able to view your listing (after approval by the site manager) and can contact you direct through your email address.
We suggest that you keep any initial contact simple and friendly in order to establish if an exchange is going to work for both of you.
We have available by email request (
info@rvworldwide.com) sample letters etc which will be helpful when arranging your exchange. This service is available to all users with 'Showcase' or 'Premium' level listings.
Both parties will need to agree on the length of your exchange, the time of year (it does not have to be simultaneous) and also ensure that the other party's RV / Motorhome is suitable for your holiday travel requirements. Once you have done this it’s time to get to know your exchange partners (and their RV / Motorhome). This can be done via email, telephone, fax or post. You need to advise exact details of what is included in your RV or motorhome, insurance details and drivers licence requirements etc. Please also view the

You can now plan your travel itinerary. We suggest that both parties help each other with this as local knowledge is invaluable and this is one of the great free benefits of travelling and holidaying through RV Worldwide. If your exchange is to be simultaneous, you will need to make arrangements for your pick up and drop off. We suggest you organise a friend to do this for you.
If your exchange is not simultaneous, you will need to advise the other party of the best way to travel to your area. Or better still, if it’s at all possible meet your exchange partners at the airport. You may just find that you become friends for life.
